With a background in NeuroPsychology and 20 years of experience crafting sales and marketing strategies that empower companies to create deeper connections with their audience, Heather is our CEO and resident juggernaut.
Nick and Daniel wanted to partner with someone who does growth at a level better than everyone else, and with her impressive track record, she was an easy choice. How many people do you know who have founded and launched a global children’s lifestyle brand sold at just about every large retailer? Grew a real estate empire to 9 figures? Championed millions in revenue for healthcare companies? Has built a highly respected consultancy? And done that while raising three awesome kids by herself?

From the Air Force Academy to Congress to Gartner and now all in with The Relevance Agency, Daniel has spent his career connecting people’s most essential needs and wants to the things that bring the most impact to their lives.
Being the strong, silent, get shi* done type, Daniel drives everything we do to completion at the highest level of excellence. His rather broad and well-rounded scope of experiences allows him to adapt to just about any business climate – whether it’s a fast-paced startup or a slow-and-steady scale-up, he’s the man with a plan.
His ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and leverage data-driven insights has been instrumental in guiding marketing initiatives. Luckily for Heather and Nick, he’s pretty darn patient too.
I have no clue why we’re even writing a bio for Nick since I’m 99% sure you’ve already met him. The man is community-obsessed, loves God, and loves people – all people. You’ll likely see him holding court at your local business networking event with his trademark cowboy hat and a cold one.
